Sports in the Classroom

Sports in the Classroom was a an ongoing series in which the American Sports Institute invited professional and high-performing collegiate and amateur athletes into San Francisco Bay Area high-school classrooms to speak with students about how the fundamentals that lead to mastery in athletics are the same as those that lead to academic mastery and to success in all walks of life. The presentations were recorded and then viewed on what is now NBC Sports Bay Area (then-SportsChannel).
