Webinar — Physical Activity and Wellness: The Body-Brain Foundation of Academic Achievement

Experts from around the world present on how physical activity and wellness are essential sources of enhanced brain function, cardiovascular and metabolic health, and mental health that positively impact learning, growth, and development in schoolchildren, enabling them to be smart, healthy, and happy.

In addition, related to the presentations, and based on its two highly-successful pilot projects, learn about a school that the nonprofit, NGO American Sports Institute is creating—The Arete School of Sport Culture and Wellness—that will feature a physical activity, wellness, and arts-based, body-brain integrated learning methodology and curriculum as its foundation. The Arete School will serve as a model for transforming school systems worldwide, and will be a resource and training center for educators everywhere.
