Comment Policy

The American Sports Institute welcomes your comments.  In order to foster a civil discussion that respects all participants, we have the following guidelines for commentary.  By submitting comments on/to the American Sports Institute’s website (“Site”), you are consenting to these rules:

We reserve the right to edit commentary for space, clarity, civility, and accuracy.  We reserve the right to remove comments that include profanity, obscenity, personal attacks, hate speech, harassment, or are defamatory, sexist, racist, violate a third party’s right to privacy, are not relevant to the topic, promote an enterprise, raise money, are spam, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate.  We reserve the right not to post comments that are more than 250 words.

Anything you post should be your own work.  Entries that are unsigned or are “signed” by someone other than the actual author will be removed.  You are fully responsible for your comments.  The American Sports Institute is not responsible for any submitted content.

We reserve the right to publish on our Site or in any medium now known or unknown the comments or e-mails we receive.

By submitting comments, you agree to the American Sports Institute’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which include more details.  We will take steps to block users who repeatedly violate our commentary guidelines and rules, Terms of Use, or Privacy Policies.
